Monday Nite

A ten pm drop by with the following in a bag:

Mediteranean sea bass (seared with coarse salt and made the skin crunnnnchy)
Ramp, sauteed with salt
Morel mushrooms

Tom creamed some left over polenta from the refrigerator with milk and butter.

I refused to share my plate.
